Η ακόρεστη δίψα της για πολυτέλεια και ηδονές όμως θα σταθεί και η αιτία της πτώσης της.\u003cbr\u003eΤο βιβλίο είναι ένας ύμνος για την ανδρική επιθυμία αλλά και μια κοινωνική τοιχογραφία της εποχής της Δεύτερης Αυτοκρατορίας, στην οποία η ηρωίδα δεν είναι παρά μια καταστροφική δύναμη που λυμαίνεται μια διεφθαρμένη και παρηκμασμένη κοινωνία.","image":"http://www.biblionet.gr/images/covers/b218546.jpg","isbn":"978-618-03-0157-1","isbn13":"978-618-03-0157-1","ismn":null,"issn":null,"series":{"id":11241,"name":"Μεταίχμιο Pocket","books_count":102,"tsearch_vector":"'metaihmio' 'metaixmio' 'metexmio' 'pocket'","created_at":"2017-04-13T02:37:04.510+03:00","updated_at":"2017-04-13T02:37:04.510+03:00"},"pages":568,"publication_year":2015,"publication_place":"Αθήνα","price":"6.0","price_updated_at":"2017-05-24","cover_type":"Μαλακό εξώφυλλο","availability":"Κυκλοφορεί - Εκκρεμής εγγραφή","format":"Βιβλίο","original_language":"γαλλικά","original_title":"Nana","publisher_id":323,"extra":null,"biblionet_id":218546,"url":"https://v2.bibliography.gr/books/nana-b6df7d4d-898b-4f4c-b757-f8641f654bfd.json"},{"id":197740,"title":"Nana","subtitle":null,"description":"Nana is a novel by the French naturalist author Emile Zola. Completed in 1880, Nana is the ninth installment in the 20-volume Les Rougon-Macquart series. Nana tells the story of Nana Coupeau's rise from streetwalker to high-class cocotte during the last three years of the French Second Empire. The novel opens with a night at the Theatre des Varietes. Nana is 15 years old. Zola describes in detail the performance of La blonde Venus, a fictional operetta modelled after Offenbach's La belle Helene, in which Nana is cast as the lead. She has never been seen on a stage, but tout Paris is talking about her. When asked to say something about her talents, Bordenave, the manager of the theatre, explains that a star doesn't have to know how to sing or act. Just as the crowd is about to dismiss her performance as terrible, young Georges Hugon shouts: \"Tres chic!\" From then on, she owns the audience. The novel then goes on to show how Nana destroys every man who pursues her.","image":"http://www.biblionet.gr/images/covers/b200929.jpg","isbn":"978-960-400-957-2","isbn13":"978-960-400-957-2","ismn":null,"issn":null,"series":null,"pages":null,"publication_year":2015,"publication_place":"Αθήνα","price":"1.0","price_updated_at":"2015-03-26","cover_type":null,"availability":"Κυκλοφορεί","format":"Βιβλίο","original_language":null,"original_title":null,"publisher_id":555,"extra":null,"biblionet_id":200929,"url":"https://v2.bibliography.gr/books/nana-e90f4c3c-5c63-4ccf-9206-492fa376a893.json"},{"id":197738,"title":"A Love Episode","subtitle":null,"description":"A Love Episode is the eighth novel in the Rougon-Macquart series by Emile Zola, set among the petite bourgeoisie in Second Empire suburban Paris. The story takes place in 1854-1855. When the novel begins, Helene has been widowed 18 months, living in what was then the Paris suburb of Passy with her 11-year-old daughter Jeanne. Her husband Charles Grandjean fell ill the day after they arrived from Marseilles and died eight days later. On the night the novel opens, Jeanne has fallen ill with a violent seizure. In panic, Helene runs into the street to find a doctor. Eventually, she begs her neighbor Dr. Henri Deberle to come attend Jeanne, and his ministrations save the girl's life. Later that week, Helene goes to thank Dr. Deberle, and befriends his wife Juliette and her circle of friends, including Monsieur Malignon, a handsome, wealthy man-about-town who is exceptionally comfortable in female society.","image":"http://www.biblionet.gr/images/covers/b200927.jpg","isbn":"978-960-400-952-7","isbn13":"978-960-400-952-7","ismn":null,"issn":null,"series":null,"pages":null,"publication_year":2015,"publication_place":"Αθήνα","price":"1.0","price_updated_at":"2015-03-26","cover_type":null,"availability":"Κυκλοφορεί","format":"Βιβλίο","original_language":null,"original_title":null,"publisher_id":555,"extra":null,"biblionet_id":200927,"url":"https://v2.bibliography.gr/books/a-love-episode.json"}]
