- Simply City and Guilds includes 8 units that cover a wide variety of topics that give students the chance to encounter all the different tasks of the exam. By exploring the test part by part, and by looking in detail at each task type, it gradually builds up the skills and test techniques that students need, in order to do well at the exam.
- Special emphasis is given on the Speaking, Writing and the
- Listening sections of the exam. Each unit includes a Listening exam practice section and a Speaking Test. Also, all the different writing tasks are dealt with and there are Writing Tips, Set Phrases and Useful Vocabulary for each task.
- Model Compositions and ‘How to plan you letter’ charts in each unit help candidates understand what it is expected from them in the exam.
- At the end of the book there is an Exam Practice Section which includes 4 complete Practice Tests for the IESOL and 3 for the ISESOL exams.
